AUSTIN,
Texas – Owner Resource Group, a private equity and financial services
company, has acquired
Global Parts Distributors (GPD) from its former
parent, Fred Jones Enterprises.
Owner Resource Group partnered with the
company’s management on the deal, which closed Dec. 31, 2009. Jonathan
Gormin, a partner at Owner Resource Group, commented, “We look forward
to working closely with the management of GPD to capitalize on their
success and support GPD’s continued growth.”
