GERMANTOWN,
Tenn. — Parts Plus of New Mexico, a Parts Plus member of the Automotive
Distribution Network, has purchased the assets of B & B Brake and
Suspension in the Albuquerque, N.M., market, according to Mike Lambert,
president of the Network. “Our group has seen a lot of expansion into
additional markets over the last couple of years,” said Lambert.
“Our
members are now in a position to concentrate and strengthen their hold
in various communities.” With the acquisition, Parts Plus of New Mexico
plans to keep B & B’s existing downtown location as a satellite
warehouse, while maintaining the very knowledgeable staff and Bobby
Jackson, the previous owner, to help transition his customer base and product categories.
