STAUNTON, Va. – Federated
member AED (Automotive Electric Distributors) celebrated its 51st
anniversary by hosting its annual trade show March 5-6 at its Portland,
Ore., main warehouse.
More than 300 of AED’s professional service
technician customers participated in the trade show, where more than
100 manufacturers were also on hand. The next day, more than 50
independent jobbers from Oregon, Washington and Idaho attended the AED
jobber trade show.
“The excitement over AED’s involvement with
Federated was evident throughout the event,” said Mike Allen, vice
president of Federated, who attended the event along with Gene
Jeffries, director of membership development for Federated.
“We
want to congratulate everyone at AED on 51 great years and we wish them
continued success in the future,” said Rusty Bishop, CEO of Federated.
