GERMANTOWN, Tenn. The
Automotive Distribution Network (ADN) has named Steve Tucker its new
vice president of the Auto Pride Network, according to Mike Lambert,
president of the Network.
“Appointing Steve to this new
position is an important step to growing the relationships both within
the membership of Auto Pride Network and also with the membership of
ADN,” Lambert said. “He is a respected senior executive in the
automotive aftermarket, with expertise in many facets of the industry.”
“Steve was our first and only choice to be our vice
president," said Ron Sutton, chairman of Auto Pride Network. “He brings
over 30 years of experience, from store operations to manufacturing to
working with program groups. Steve is the right person to take us to
the next level as a group.”
“This is a wonderful
opportunity for me, one I think I’ve been looking forward to my entire
career,” Tucker said. “I believe I can strengthen the relationships
within the Auto Pride Network and grow our membership, as well as
working within the Automotive Distribution Network and our contacts in
the manufacturing community.”
Prior to joining the Network,
since 2001 Tucker served as director of national accounts for Delphi,
working with O’Reilly, NAPA, CARQUEST and the Automotive Distribution
Network.
