ELGIN,
Ill. SKF recently announced Kim Martin as the 2009 Heavy Duty Sales
Representative of the Year for achieving his sales goal with 10 percent
growth.
As the key account manager for the Northeast Region,
Martin was the only heavy duty sales representative to meet or exceed
his sales plan with 10 percent growth. In addition to meeting his sales
goal, SKF noted that Martin continued excellent customer service,
demonstrated teamwork by working with others outside his region and
consistently met deadlines throughout the year. His success is due in
part to more than 32 years of experience as a technician and as a
project management and sales representative in the heavy duty industry.
“Kim Martin’s persistence, perseverance and creativity is
truly appreciated in all aspects of his performance,” said Scott
Simmonds, vice president, heavy duty sales, SKF. “He is always willing
to help others and share his knowledge with anyone, including those
outside of his sales territory.”
