Performance Products has introduced the ATI/Magnefine Performance
in-line oil filter designed with racing applications in mind. ATI
joined Magnefine for the design and development of this in-line oil
filter. ATI also carries -6 adapter fittings for transmissions not
already equipped. The aluminum housing contains a dual filtration
system consisting of a micro-fiber filter element and a powerful
magnet. Installing this oil filter in-line after the transmission and
before the cooler prevents dirt and metal particulates from entering
the cooler and more importantly, from re-entering the transmission.
