I have a '95 Ford Explorer 4.0.

I have a '95 Ford Explorer 4.0. When first starting, I have a misfire which does not throw a check engine light. The car will continue to misfire until it gets to operating temperature, at which point it runs great. The engine is not throwing any codes and all the wires and plugs have been replaced. Please advise.
